Hope, Progress, and Possibility: JPP’s 2024 Annual Report Is Here!

At Jeffco Prosperity Partners (JPP), we believe in the power of community, resilience, and holistic support. We’re proud to share our 2024 Annual Report, which highlights the transformational journeys of families in our program and the outcomes made possible through your support.

This report is more than just a summary of numbers, it’s a celebration of the families we walk alongside and the change we create together. Inside the report, you’ll meet parents like Sunny, who rebuilt her life after unimaginable loss, and Patience, who turned her dreams into a career she’s proud of. Their stories, and many others, show what’s possible when families are empowered with the right tools, guidance, and support.

Here are just a few of the milestones we’ve achieved together:

• $34,000 average increase in family income after three years in the program.

• Significant gains in housing stability, education, and employment.

• Highlights from events where families create special moments together.

We’re also sharing how our personalized coaching, mental health support, and financial literacy initiative are helping families move from surviving to thriving.
