Jeffco Prosperity Partners (JPP) is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to advancing solutions that help families break the cycle of generational poverty. We empower families with the resources to meet their basic needs, skills to enter the workforce, and community support needed to overcome systemic barriers to achieving self-sufficiency.
Our Program
What We Do
Our program uses a two-generation approach to support parents and children simultaneously. Family coaches address basic needs while building a foundation for long-term stability.
Our work is guided by the lived experiences of those we serve. Ongoing feedback provides critical insight into inequities and systemic barriers families face as they work toward economic stability.
