Impact & Program Outcomes
JPP collaborates with each family to identify their strengths and set goals aligned with their unique circumstances and aspirations. As a result, families make goals around employment, education, health and wellness, financial stability, and community connection. JPP families provide valuable insights to help us better understand their journeys, assess their satisfaction with our program and services, and identify areas for improvement.
The primary tool JPP uses to monitor each family's progress toward self-sufficiency and assess their strengths and needs is the Colorado Family Support Assessment (CFSA). JPP coaches meet with each family monthly to review self-defined goals and overall satisfaction with program services.
