At Jeffco Prosperity Partners, we work to end generational poverty.

We empower low-income individuals and families with resources to meet their basic needs, provide stability, skills to enter the workforce, access to quality education, youth/child development, financial literacy, and community connection required to overcome barriers to achieving economic self-sufficiency.

Our program uses a two-generation approach to connect families with wrap-around support in five key areas: education, employment, mental health and wellness, social capital, and economic mobility.

JPP Program

We work with local groups and organizations to provide a wide range of services to help families reach their full potential. These partnerships offer education, job training, mental health care, healthy food, and safe housing.

Community Partners

We innovate.

Our innovative coaching helps families increase their income and job satisfaction, improve mental health, increase credit scores, reduce debt, graduate from high school, earn college degrees and certifications, and purchase homes.
