JPP is excited to welcome Lynnae Flora back to our Board of Directors. Lynnae was instrumental in the creation of JPP, dedicating her legal expertise and deep community knowledge to developing the program. She played a pivotal role in securing our nonprofit legal status in 2017, laying the foundation for the organization we are today. Now, we are thrilled to have her return to the board, bringing decades of leadership experience, strong community connections, and a lifelong commitment to public service to our mission of helping families achieve economic self-sufficiency.

Lynnae Flora brings decades of leadership in public policy, nonprofit work, and community service, most recently serving as Deputy Director of Jefferson County Human Services. A co-founder of JPP, she has held leadership roles across government, nonprofit, and private sectors, and is deeply committed to advancing opportunities for families. Lynnae is deeply invested in community well-being and advancing opportunities for families. In her semi-retired life, she enjoys cycling, swimming, skiing, and reading.
We are honored to welcome Lynnae back to the JPP Board, a place she helped create. Her history with JPP, combined with her passion for community and proven leadership, makes her uniquely positioned to guide our next chapter. With her vision and dedication, we look forward to building on the strong foundation she helped create and continuing our work alongside families to break the cycle of poverty.
