At JPP, community means everything. It’s the laughter shared, the traditions celebrated, and the moments of joy that bring families closer together. That’s why we’re so grateful to First Interstate Bank and Act Locally Golden for supporting our annual Gingerbread House Contest! This heartwarming holiday tradition continues to bring smiles, creativity, and connection to JPP families year after year.

Each December, JPP families come dressed in Christmas sweaters and Grinch outfits to decorate gingerbread houses and enjoy the magic of the season. This sweet event provides families a moment to slow down, bond with loved ones, and experience the joy of the holidays surrounded by community support.

Thanks to our event sponsor, First Interstate Bank, families had all the icing and gumdrops they needed to craft their gingerbread masterpieces. Support from businesses like theirs helps ensure that every family, regardless of their circumstances, can experience moments of celebration and belonging.

We also want to thank our special guest judges from Act Locally Golden, a local nonprofit that selected JPP as their Nonprofit of the Year. Their helping hands, festive spirit, and the incredibly tough task of choosing our five contest winners made the event even more special.

Building strong families is a lot like building gingerbread houses. It takes time, care, and the right tools to create something beautiful.
