Building Better Futures Through Community Partnerships
At JPP, we know that breaking the cycle of generational poverty requires a whole-family, holistic approach. Lifelong success isn’t built through a single program; it takes equitable access to healthcare, social capital, financial education, and stable housing.
We are thrilled to celebrate our returning and ongoing partnerships with two game-changing supporters: the Colorado Gives Foundation and the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA). Their continued investment expands critical services for JPP families across Jefferson County.
Since 2023, the Colorado Gives Foundation has championed our health, workforce, and community initiatives. Meanwhile, CHFA continues to strengthen our mission through ongoing sponsorships of our Annual Achievement Ceremony and direct support for our housing stability efforts since 2025.
Colorado Gives Foundation: Elevating Holistic Healthcare & Community Connection
Through generous support from Colorado Gives Foundation, JPP is deepening its commitment to family well-being, health literacy, and social connection.
Navigating the healthcare system can feel overwhelming. That's why our coaches walk alongside families every step of the Medicaid enrollment process, from helping them meet eligibility criteria and submitting required documentation to connecting them to primary care providers. Once enrolled, coaches work with families to identify primary care providers, mental health therapists, and dentists who meet their specific health needs.
Beyond healthcare access, this funding strengthens our focus on quality of life, stress reduction, and community connection:
Whole-Family Workshops: Interactive learning opportunities on financial literacy, parenting strategies, communication skills, and healthy habit-building.
Community Events: Welcoming spaces through monthly meetings and annual holiday events, like our Fall Pumpkin Patch and Gingerbread House Contest, where families connect and build support networks.
CHFA: Strengthening Housing Stability & Homeownership
A safe, stable place to live is the cornerstone of every family’s journey toward economic self-sufficiency. Thanks to CHFA’s Direct Effect funds, JPP is expanding its housing stability and homeownership support services in three crucial areas:
Housing Stability: Preventing homelessness when unexpected crises arise.
Financial Literacy & Housing Counseling: Equipping families with the tools and knowledge to manage budgets, improve credit, and increase savings.
First-Time Homeownership Gap Funding: Opening doors to long-term economic stability by bridging the financial gap for first-time homebuyers.
Growing Together
When families have access to comprehensive healthcare, a supportive community, and secure housing, all generations thrive. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Colorado Gives Foundation and CHFA for believing in our mission and investing in Jefferson County families.
